We use the name, email, event date, venue, postcode and message you submit to respond to your hire request and arrange a booking. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Requests are stored in our booking database, accessible only to the business owner and hosting providers needed to operate the service. They are not displayed on the public calendar. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists through this form.

We collect aggregate daily page views and booking actions, with broad device and browser categories, traffic-source categories, approved campaign labels and approximate country or region. IP addresses are used briefly for a local location lookup and are not saved in our analytics or sent to a geolocation service. We do not save full referrer URLs, raw browser details, visitor identifiers or arbitrary query strings. Campaign attribution lasts only for the current page visit. The website uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your browser may remember form values according to your own settings.

Before launch we will publish the legal business identity, privacy contact, retention periods and the video recording, gallery access and deletion arrangements for the 360 booth.
