Planning space for a 360 event booth

A good 360 booth experience starts with a suitable location. Plan it with your venue before choosing the operating slot.

Allow room around the platform

The camera arm travels outside the standing area. The total setup footprint is larger than the platform diameter. We will confirm the exact clearance and access measurements for our equipment; do not use an estimated platform size to reserve a corner.

Keep it level and dry

Our planned service is an indoor setup on a firm, level surface with suitable nearby power. Keep the operating area separate from exits, walkways and the dance floor. We do not promise a weatherproof or battery-only setup.

Help everyone take part comfortably

The booth uses a raised standing platform. Discuss mobility needs in advance; step-free participation is not guaranteed. Guests must not jump or interfere with the moving arm. Children need an accompanying adult and the attendant’s approval.

Plan capture and sharing separately

We agree the video delivery method before booking. On-the-night sharing depends on the selected software and venue connectivity. A downloadable gallery is planned, with delivery within seven days after the event.
