Before reserving a booth, ask the venue about unloading, steps, door widths and an indoor setup position. The moving arm needs clearance beyond the platform itself. We confirm the required footprint for the delivered equipment before accepting a booking.

Fit the booth around your evening

Tell us when speeches, dinner and the first dance are planned. We agree a two-, three- or four-hour operating window, plus separate time for setup and removal, with the venue.

Clear local prices

Packages are £345 for two hours, £425 for three and £495 for four, including an attendant and standard local delivery, setup and collection. Coverage and any unusual access costs are checked before confirmation.
